AE - Brand Ambassador; Sales Associate

Overview

Your role:
As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience and to represent our company values with your authentic self.

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friendly, team-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends and holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
• Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level/type, location, employment classification, and years of service.
