Provide guidance and direction for the assigned zone on the retail sales floor;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery within the zone;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations;
Oversee that merchandise is planned for and received and that the sales floor is properly stocked;
Schedule and staff for unload/processing and drive associate productivity and customer service standards;
Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed
