Interview, select and train Team Members; direct the work of Team Members; appraise Team Members’ productivity and efficiency for promotions; discipline Team Members; plan the work; distribute or assign the work; maintain safety and security of Team Members Guests and products; manage the department budget and inventory; monitor and implement compliance measures; develop future leaders and foster inclusion and diversity;

communicate promotions with merchandising team; review store financial and inventory reports to improve performance
