Job Description

Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) for the General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, and Style teams. Starting hourly rate: $15.50 USD per hour.

As an On-Demand Team Member, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members. You will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term structured training schedule.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping them with their needs.
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area.
• Support guest services such as order pick-up and Drive-up orders.

• Communicating effectively and providing excellent guest service.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
