Retail Associate

Widgets Co, a leading industrial tools manufacturer supporting Home Goods retail operations, is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional in-store service. In this role, you will greet customers, answer product questions, and guide selections to meet their needs. You'll manage stocking, inventory rotation, and merchandising to keep shelves organized and visually appealing. Responsibilities include operating POS systems, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean, safe sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answering questions about products and promotions
• Operate POS system to process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain product organization
• Set up and refresh merchandise displays to align with brand standards
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly sales floor and backroom
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and service goals
• Follow company policies for cash handling, loss prevention, and safety
