GNC is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a performance-driven, health-focused environment. You'll greet customers, assess their wellness goals, and recommend vitamins, supplements, and sports nutrition products using strong product knowledge. Responsibilities include executing sales transactions, meeting performance targets, maintaining merchandise and store cleanliness, and supporting inventory processes. You'll uphold GNC's integrity and accountability standards while gaining valuable retail, sales, and product expertise with opportunities to grow your career.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers, delivering exceptional service aligned with health and wellness goals
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate GNC products and solutions
- Maintain strong product knowledge of vitamins, supplements, sports nutrition, and wellness items
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly
- Merchandise shelves, rotate stock, and maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through suggestive and add-on selling
- Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and safety guidelines
- Support inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Follow company policies, integrity standards, and loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and support promotional initiatives
