Sales, Business Development, Sales Representative

This is a full-time, on-site Sales role located in Carmel, IN. The Sales professional will be responsible for identifying potential customers, maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, building client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales processes and documentation. Additionally, the role involves assisting with training initiatives to support the development of team members.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to identify new opportunities, meet sales goals, and grow client accounts.
• Demonstrated ability in Sales Management and Training to support team development and achieve organizational objectives.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Preferred qualifications include previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
