Now, we’re hiring our first Sales Development Specialist (SDS) — for someone who wants to grow their sales expertise inside the kind of culture most companies are trying to create. While this is our first dedicated SDS role, developing high-performing sales leaders and teams is not new to us. As a national leadership consultancy, we’ve helped organizations design, coach, and scale successful sales teams for years.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for generating new business conversations through thoughtful, targeted outbound outreach while executing within a defined sales motion.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Research and engage prospective clients through thoughtful outbound outreach
  • Personalize messaging across phone, email, and Linked In
  • Start meaningful conversations with senior leaders
  • Initiate a consultative sales process
  • Schedule qualified meetings for our Client Acquisition team
  • Track activity in Hub Spot and leverage a modern, well-supported sales tech stack including Zoom Info, Salesforce, and Sales Navigator.
  • Improve continuously through structured coaching and feedback
  • Refine outreach approaches to improve engagement and response rates

  • Meetings scheduled and meetings held
  • Conversion of meetings into qualified pipeline

Over time, this role will expand to include deeper pipeline contribution and influence on closed deals.

Location:

Hybrid | Carmel, IN

Base salary range of $50,000–$60,000, with performance-based bonus opportunity of up to $20,000 annually. Total earnings are directly tied to activity, pipeline contribution, and overall results.
