• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, where your drive and passion for helping people will shine.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Fast‑paced environment; flexibility and openness to change help you stay current with evolving tech and our ways to meet customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.

Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $40,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals met/exceeded.
