Responsibilities- Drive new business growth by creating opportunities through field outreach, digital engagement, and local networking.
- Own the full sales cycle, turning conversations into revenue and delivering consistent results in your territory.
- Build trusted relationships with business owners, positioning yourself as a go-to advisor who understands their goals.
- Deliver compelling, value-driven presentations that show how Genius improves operations, increases loyalty, and fuels growth.
- Shape your territory strategy using market insights, strengthening your pipeline and accelerating deal momentum.
- Expand Global Payments' impact by introducing innovative solutions that help businesses operate smarter and grow faster.
- Strengthen long‑term client value by identifying opportunities to expand solutions and deepen relationships.
- Spend up to 75% of your time in the field, creating meaningful, face‑to‑face connections that drive results.
- At least one year of success in B2B or B2C outside sales, with a track record of delivering results.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both in person and virtually.
- Confidence in building relationships quickly and earning trust with business owners.
- A competitive, self‑driven mindset with the energy to achieve and exceed goals.
- Ability to think like a client and connect solutions to real business outcomes.
- Valid driver's license and comfort spending up to 75% of your time in the field.
- Residence within two hours of the territory to stay connected and responsive.
- Proven ability to upsell and cross‑sell existing merchants on new features, software add‑ons, and hardware upgrades.
- Experience working with the restaurant or retail industries.
- Two full years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in fintech, merchant services, or SaaS.

Compensation- Annual On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $80k‑120k+
- Base Salary: $40,000
