Position Summary: As a Business Development Manager at Bright Star Care of Indianapolis
, you will drive census growth and expand our community presence. You will build strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and case managers to promote our "Higher Standard" of home health services.

• Collaboration: Work with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Networking: Represent the agency at community and industry events.

• Experience: 3–5 years of Business Development or Sales experience required

• Industry Knowledge: Healthcare experience is required

• Education: High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Skills: Proven ability to meet sales goals with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
