** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.

+ Monitor communication channels, receive and relay calls for service, and coordinate the dispatch of personnel to reported incidents, alarms, and/or operational needs in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Document incidents, service requests, and unusual activity, maintaining accurate logs, status updates, and related reports for security-related and site operations personnel.

+ Support access control and visitor management processes by communicating post instructions, verifying requested information, and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or emergency contacts as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting potential hazards, equipment issues, and/or suspicious activity and reporting findings through established procedures.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.

+ Be 21+ years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
