Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a utility operations environment;
Monitor access control, alarm, and video systems from a dispatch center; document and communicate security-related events to appropriate personnel;
Receive, prioritize, and dispatch responses to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and communications records in accordance with site-specific requirements;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeter locations, as applicable, to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access
