Lead Install Laborer

As an Install Laborer, you will support our installation projects, working alongside experienced technicians to ensure successful project completion. Your main duties include:

• Assisting with the installation of drain and sewer pipes for residential and commercial properties
• Cutting pipes to desired lengths
• Covering pipes with earth or other materials
• Grading and leveling trench bases using tamping machines and hand tools
• Excavating to lay pipes
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites
• Preparing work areas by clearing obstacles and following safety protocols
• Supporting technicians and installers as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Adhering to company policies and safety regulations

• Experience in excavation, including pipe installation, pipe bursting, and pipe relining, preferred
• Willingness to work in trenches and expose lines by hand
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
