Job Overview

Remodelers, Home Improvement Experts with at least 7+ years of Bathroom & Kitchen Remodeling experience. If you would like someone else to run the day‑to‑day operations while you enjoy working with your hands, consider Ace Handyman Services.

• Execute hourly projects for Bathroom, Kitchen & Basement remodels.
• Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service for each assigned job.
• Travel to job sites in Hamilton County (Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville) using your own truck.
• Work under the support of Franchise Owners who handle business aspects, while you focus on the scope of work at hand.
• Collaborate with the Office Team to schedule jobs and manage project estimates (T&M or Fixed quotes).

• At least 7 years of Bathroom & Kitchen Remodeling experience (mandatory).
• Expert knowledge of at least two trades:
  Carpentry, Light Plumbing, Light Electrical, Painting, or Drywalling.
• Own standard set of tools to perform all required trades.
• Own truck or van and a current, valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

• Hourly compensation of $30.00 – $35.00 per hour.
