Welder​/fabricator​/field Installer in Carmel

RCJ Welding and Fabrication is looking to hire motivated and experienced Welders/Fabricators to join our growing team. We are a structural and ornamental steel fabrication and installation company seeking hardworking individuals with strong welding and fabrication skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to continue learning and growing within the trade.

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding operations
• Fabricate structural and ornamental steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements accurately
• Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely
• Assist with field installation of steel, railings, stairs, and miscellaneous metals
• Maintain quality workmanship and job site/shop safety
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Help maintain clean and organized work areas

• Experience in welding and metal fabrication required
• Ability to read blueprints and layout projects
• Experience with structural steel and ornamental fabrication
• Field installation experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic, hustle, and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in shop and field environments
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the company
• Valid driver’s license
