Field Service Technician

About the Role

We’re actively seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver effective solutions and support customers with the highest level of service standards.

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager with necessary documentation, ensuring accurate record keeping.
• Meet customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance.
• Properly maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Facilitate performance at a level which helps achieve the branch/district’s overall metric targets.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Ability to complete a 120‑day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new‑hire class.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; ability to travel.
• Required to obtain necessary security and customer clearances to enter premises.
• able to lift up to 50 pounds and be active >50% of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
• Compliance with customer policies and protocols, including COVID‑19 vaccination requirements, if applicable.

• Hourly salary range: $19.00–$26.31.
• Transportation allowance.

Full‑time on‑site. Requires presence at the assigned office(s)/workspace(s)/territory on scheduled workdays.
