Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Standby Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Carmel, IN. The role requires living in a company-provided apartment and being available for after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis.
You will handle work orders across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks to maintain a high-quality apartment community. Eligible candidates should have EPA certification (or obtain within 120 days), HVAC experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license.
