Maintenance & Construction Apprentice

Starting Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 / hour + Free Utilities & Major Rent Discount

Location: Carmel, IN & surrounding communities (Up to 40% travel)

Schedule: Mon – Fri, regular day hours with some exceptions for travel and urgent projects

• You will lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• You will be using hand and power tools daily.
• You will be traveling between local or long-distance locations 100% of the time.

• Demo & Prep: Safely tearing out old materials, appliances, and fixtures.
• Interior Craft: Mastering professional drywall patching, high-speed interior painting, and installing modern light fixtures, cabinets, and LVP flooring.
• Finishing Touches: Detail work ("punch list" items) that takes a unit from rough to high-end luxury.
• Exterior & Grounds: Power washing, seasonal repair projects, landscaping, and building exterior upkeep.

• Basic Familiarity: You know how to use a tape measure, hammer, and screwdriver.
