Field Service Technician

Typical responsibilities for a Field Service Technician include:

• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cable, internet, and television services for residential or commercial customers.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with equipment, wiring, and signal reception in the field.
• Ensuring all installations and repairs meet high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Interacting professionally with customers, answering questions, and explaining service setups.
• Safely operating company vehicles and utilizing specialized tools and handheld devices.

We offer a competitive starting compensation package of $20.00 to $20.50 per hour, which equates to an annual salary of approximately $41,600.
