Join Kitchen Tune-Up Buffalo, NY as a Painter and Shop Technician in the Orchard Park location, where you'll play a crucial role in transforming kitchens and enhancing customer satisfaction. • Assist with inventory and equipment management (organizing, tracking, inspecting shipments, ordering etc)
• Prep and paint/stain cabinet doors and other materials ranging from cabinets to crown.
• Assist in the preparation and assembly of kitchen components and cabinetry.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet our high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
• Utilize hand, power tools, and saws effectively to complete various tasks such as cabinet assembly.
• Communicate with management regarding inventory needs and equipment maintenance.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
• Opportunities to learn carpentry, refacing, and artistic wood restoration.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a shop or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
