Software Engineer in Test

Overview

Location: Carmel, IN (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

Compensation: $140,000–$154,000 base + 7% bonus

We’re hiring a Senior SDET to design and scale automation frameworks that ensure the quality and reliability of mission‑critical systems. This role focuses on integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, expanding automation coverage across in‑house and vendor applications, and improving overall test efficiency.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams, lead automation initiatives, and mentor junior engineers.

• 4+ years of experience in test automation
• Strong Python or Java skills
• BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave)
• Docker and Kubernetes (Rancher)
• Test management tools (IBM ETM, Jira)
• Enterprise automation tools such as Mabl (preferred), Tosca, or Harness

Bachelor’s degree required. Certifications are a plus.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
