Manager, Software Engineering; On-Site

The Manager of Software Engineering will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of software engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of our software products. They will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of high‑quality software solutions that meet our business objectives. Additionally, they will contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap for our software development initiatives.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on full‑stack development and architecture.
• 4+ years in software engineering leadership roles, managing and leading high‑performing teams.
• Extensive experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies and related tools and frameworks.
• Strong technical background with expertise in C#, React, AWS/Azure/Google/Oracle cloud platforms, SQL, Dev Ops, CI/CD, and Agile.
• Proven ability to drive software projects from inception to successful completion.
• Excellent leadership and people‑management skills, inspiring and motivating team members.
