- Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate APIs, validate data flows, and ensure optimal application performance and responsiveness.
- Build reusable, scalable UI components while following modern front-end architecture patterns and coding best practices.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and testing efforts to maintain high-quality standards and consistency.
- Work within Azure-hosted environments, aligning front-end solutions with cloud-based architectures and data models.
- Translate business and insurance (P&C) requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that meet both functional and performance goals.
- 10+ years of overall web development experience, with a strong focus on modern front-end technologies.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with React and Type Script in production environments.
- Proven experience building external-facing, high-traffic web applications with strong performance considerations.
- Solid understanding of API integration, asynchronous data handling, and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with Azure environments and foundational knowledge of data modeling concepts.
- Understanding Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance concepts is highly preferred for faster onboarding.
- Demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly, adapt to evolving requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions in fast-paced settings.
