Unit Notes sent to manager for interview need 2 sup refs (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked Copy of the DL is needed at time of submittal to validate legal name - Pulse must reflect the name on a gov't issued  - no middle initial or middle name Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year.

Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.
***** MUST HAVE PRIOR CA DIGNITY EXPERIENCE OR THEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
*** LCSW and BLS required and must be 5150 certified in CA (5150 is a involuntary evaluation for a 72-hour hold in a psychiatric facility. It's used when an individual is believed to be a danger to themselves or others due to a mental health condition) Obtaining 5150 includes completing a training program and passing an exam with 80% Business casual attire and unit offers "Care Coordination" white lab coats.
