Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support and interventions for individuals facing mental health challenges.

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their needs and suitability for treatment programs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans that address clients' mental health conditions.
• Provide individual and group therapy to clients, using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate care.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in mental health care.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid LCSW license in California.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must possess 5150 certification for involuntary mental health evaluations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting.
• Professional attire is required; business casual preferred with white lab coats provided for care coordination.
• References from previous supervisors may be required upon application.

This position is located in a facility within the state of California.

Full-time role with an 8-hour day shift, offering guaranteed 40 hours per week.
