Machine Maintenance Technician

Responsible for repair and preventative maintenance on CNC machines; identifying potential issues that could interrupt machine uptime, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic components of other production equipment used within the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and components of various types of machine tools - CNC and conventional machines.

• Install parts and troubleshoot motors and relays.

• Record completion of work orders by documenting in detail the steps taken, parts installed, and repairs performed on all equipment.

• Performed and execute other tasks as assigned.

• Ability to follow all maintenance safety practices. Risk Analysis prior to starting the maintenance tasks and adhere to safety programs.

Requirements

• One year experience in maintenance in a factory or machine shop

• Mechanical aptitude and able to lean quickly (will train)

• Good knowledge of CNC machines and electrical control systems helpful
