Social Worker - LCSW

LCSW Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty:
Social Work

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in social work. LCSW and BLS certification are required. Candidates must be 5150 certified in California. The 5150 certification involves completing a training program and passing an exam. Business casual attire is preferred. The unit provides "Care Coordination" lab coats. Candidates must not have been directly employed by any associated facility within the past year.

Previous employment through outside firms will be considered. Supervisory references are required at the time of submission. Charting is done using the Cerner system. The hospital can cancel shifts as needed during the assignment.
