CBRE - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical, electrical, and other building systems across a portfolio of nine clinical office sites;
Travel between Carmichael, Folsom, and Sacramento, with regular site visits;
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical components, and lighting;
Complete and track work orders from assessment to resolution;
Ensure safety protocols and building codes are followed during installations and repairs
