Bayview Childcare in Capernwray, Carnforth, is seeking a motivated Children’s Team Leader to support up to four young people aged 8-18 and uphold high standards of care. The role covers daily operations, staff supervision, and safeguarding, with a focus on achieving Good/Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
You will deputise for the Registered Manager when required and support budgeting, rostering, and household planning, while ensuring staff follow policies and risk assessments.
