Overview
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have an ability to accurately track and record cash flow. This candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise. Lastly, where appropriate this candidate will track 1099s and create a report with related information at year end.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Carol Stream, IL (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Range: $55K
Benefits: For eligible employees we offer medical, dental, and vision coverage. We offer 401(k) enrollment for eligible employees.
Responsibilities- High volume invoice processing
- Weekly check runs, ACH, and credit card payments
- Account reconciliations
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulae, etc.)
