What You’ll Do- Oversee daily shop workflow to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on‑time repairs
- Support technicians with advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair guidance
- Perform high‑level diagnostic and repair work when needed
- Work closely with service advisors to ensure clear communication and proper documentation
- Maintain quality control standards across all repairs and maintenance
- Train, mentor, and develop technicians at all skill levels
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Assist management with process improvements and shop performance goals
- Extensive experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably in a dealership environment
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Proven leadership skills — techs trust your judgment and follow your direction - Ability to manage workflow, prioritize repairs, and keep the shop moving
- Excellent communication skills with both technicians and advisors
- Familiarity with OEM systems, scan tools, and repair procedures
- ASE or OEM Master certifications are a strong plus
