Purpose Of The Role

To drive profitable global growth of Antunes’ Water Solutions business by leading commercial strategy, advancing innovation, and delivering differentiated customer value through strong market focus, cross‑functional collaboration, and a high‑performing team.

Key Accountabilities
  • Drive Growth & Commercial Strategy:
    Develop and lead the global commercial water solutions’ strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion goals across regions and channels.
  • Customer & Market Leadership:
    Build and sustain high‑value relationships with key customers, distributors, representatives, and strategic partners to strengthen market presence and customer success.
  • Innovation & Product Pipeline:
    Partner with Marketing and oversee Sales and Product Development to shape the water solutions roadmap, ensuring strong product‑market fit and a robust product pipeline for long‑term growth, develop pricing architecture, brand positioning to drive adoption.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service to ensure scalable execution, quality, and reliable delivery of water solutions.
  • Team & Culture Development:
    Develop and mentor a collaborative, data‑driven water solutions team that embodies Antunes’ values, accountability, and customer‑first mindset.
Success Measures

Lead Indicators: Growth pipeline value (qualified opportunities created per quarter), Strategic account engagement frequency, Win rate for competitive bids, Product roadmap milestones, New Product Development Portfolio.

Lag Indicators: Total Water revenue growth, Gross margin performance, Product launch success, adoption rates, Market share growth in key regions or segments.

Qualifications

Professional: Commercial strategy, revenue management, pricing, forecasting, and margin optimization; data‑driven decision‑making; product management and lifecycle expertise, including roadmap and value proposition development; translating technical capabilities of water solutions into customer‑relevant solutions.

Leadership skills: Influencing, coaching, facilitation, building partnerships, business & financial acumen.
