We specialize in professional, results-driven commercial debt recovery and are looking for motivated collectors who understand the nuances of B2B collections.

The Commercial Collection Agent will be responsible for managing and collecting on business-to-business accounts. This role requires strong negotiation skills, persistence, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with business owners, executives, and attorneys.

• Conduct outbound collection calls on commercial accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
• Analyze account documentation and debtor financial positions
• Maintain detailed and accurate account notes
• Communicate professionally with clients, debtors, and legal representatives
• Meet or exceed assigned performance goals

• Minimum 2 years of commercial (B2B) collection experience required
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage a portfolio independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Knowledge of collection laws and compliance standards preferred

• Hourly pay: $20 – $28 per hour (based on experience)
