Overview

Restoration/Construction Project Manager:
Service Master Restoration of Wilmington is seeking a customer-oriented individual to coordinate water & fire disaster restoration/construction services for our clients. The Restoration Project Manager will meet with customers and subcontractors, review scope losses in Xactimate and Restore
365, identify and hire qualified subcontractors and schedule using subcontractors and inside labor to complete construction projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. Must have previous or relatable experience in the construction and carpentry industry. Time management and strong customer service skills are a must in this position. Must have a valid driver s license, pass a background check, and drug screening.

• Experience with construction estimation required
• General understanding of the construction process preferred
• Must have a good driving record

Starting pay $45K up to $65k plus commission based on industry experience and performance.
