Monday‑Friday | 8:00AM – 4:30PM
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused professional to support customers in a B2B manufacturing environment. This temporary position will focus on customer service, contract support, account management, and resolving customer concerns. The assignment is expected to last approximately 3 months.
Key Responsibilities- Provide B2B customer service support to new and existing customers.
- Support customer contracts and related documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally.
- Check inventory and stock availability using internal systems.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Previous customer service experience required (B2B preferred).
- Experience handling contracts or account support preferred.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage escalations professionally.
- Detail‑oriented and organized.
