What You Bring

+ ~6+ years of hands-on experience leading Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) from start to finish

+ Deep expertise in Phase I due diligence, including site history research, field reconnaissance, regulatory review, and report preparation

Work Environment & Flexibility

+ ~85% office / 15% field (varies by project and season)

+ Company vehicle available or mileage reimbursement provided

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $53.00/hr.
