Automotive Office & Switchboard Operator

Glendale Nissan - IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for Service Cashier/Switchboard Operator.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment and for one of the most established dealerships in Illinois.

If you have cashiering experience and are looking for more to do, this is a great opportunity to learn more. Full & Part Time positions available, Night, Days and Saturday shifts available.

• Answer switchboard & route calls.
• Assisting our customers with basic dealership information.
• Receive & process all cash & credit card payments.
• Maintain daily records of all cashier transactions.
• Perform related clerical duties.
• Stocks in cars and maintains key track machines for the sales department.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in our fast-paced business while multi-tasking.
• Working knowledge of computers (currently on ADP/CDK system).
• Professional appearance & attitude.
• Pre-placement drug screen.

• Bilingual English, Spanish, Polish is a plus!
• Auto dealer experience is preferred but will train the right person.

• We have Day shifts & Night shifts available, Part time & Full Time.
• Night shift (11am to 8pm & Saturday, with one day off during the week).
• Day Shift (M - F, 7am - 4pm).
• Part time Position also available.
