Division Controller

LaSalle Network has partnered with a global, publicly traded manufacturing organization to place a Division Controller in a highly visible, business-facing leadership role within a $100M subdivision.

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the division's senior operations leader.
• Own full P&L performance and drive insights from KPIs.
• Ensure strong financial reporting and controls across multiple locations.
• Manage the finance rhythm of the business—close, forecast/outlook, and annual plan.
• Translate operational performance into actionable recommendations.
• Elevate processes and talent as the division scales.
• Provide meaningful exposure to leadership beyond the division level.

• 7+ years of manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong cost/inventory accounting, budgeting/forecasting, and P&L ownership.
• People leadership experience with a track record of influencing operational partners.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, JDE, or similar) preferred.

Base salary is budgeted between $170,000 to $190,000 plus 20% annual bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

This office is located in Carol Stream, IL and requires on-site presence with hybrid flexibility and up to 20% travel.
