Join Our Team! E‑Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist to provide impactful speech and language therapy services for Pre‑K to 12th‑grade students in a dynamic, on‑site role.
Position OverviewAs a key member of our clinical team, you will assess student needs, develop individualized therapy plans, deliver direct therapy, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and IEP teams to support students’ communication goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop individualized therapy plans and goals, and update them based on progress.
- Provide direct therapy services (articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, pragmatic skills).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate communication strategies across classrooms.
- Incorporate evidence‑based techniques into sessions to promote development.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
- Document sessions, progress reports, and other records timely and accurately.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech‑language needs.
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
- Current ASHA certification.
- Passion for working with K‑12 students.
- Experience providing speech‑language therapy in a school or pediatric setting.
- Proficiency with assessment tools and evidence‑based therapeutic techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, parents, and staff.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and assistive technology (preferred).
- Starting at $45/hour (commensurate with experience).

Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. - Grade Levels:
Elementary School, with potential to supervise an SLP‑A. - Start Date:
ASAP for the 25/26 school year.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and move around in various areas of the school facility. The employee must be able to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents both verbally and in writing. They may need to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
