• Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment when necessary
• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions that help develop client’s fine motor skills, cognition, language skills, self care skills, regulation, and more
• Provide support and guidance to the clients’ family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Successfully pass the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• OT licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois

• You have a creative mindset for making sessions enjoyable for pediatric clients
• You have a collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team
• You have a passion for working with neurodiverse pediatric population
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills
• You can support the following work schedule:
  Weekday 3pm to 7pm
