Senior HR Coordinator - Bilingual

Job Summary

Senior HR Coordinator (Bilingual) who assists and advises colleagues on general Human Resources policies and programs. Supports the HR Supervisor with employment, compensation, benefits, and colleague relations for both current and future employees. Responsibilities include daily time‑card reviews, attendance tracking, benefit coordination (short‑term disability, ADA, FMLA), and new‑hire onboarding in collaboration with safety and quality teams.

• Provide HR support for a medium‑sized facility or multiple small facilities.
• Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs and recommend corrective action.
• Assist with terminations and the performance review process.
• Submit online investigation requests and facilitate new‑colleague background checks and onboarding.
• Generate ad‑hoc reports and perform related duties as assigned.
• Support colleagues in the benefit open enrollment process.
• Offer process‑improvement feedback to the Lead HR Coordinator or management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and 3–6 years of HR experience.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of ADA and FMLA is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $26.63–$45.34 per hour. A competitive wage for new hires typically falls between $30.00 and $35.00 per hour. Offers may vary based on market data, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. This position may also be eligible for a short‑term incentive.
