This position reports to the Data Analytics Manager. The Infor LN Developer is responsible for the development of ERP LN sessions, reports, and table development to meet business requirements for the ERP migration project. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Infor LN development tools, a deep understanding of business processes, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams.

• Work as a member of the ERP project implementation team to customize sessions, forms, widgets, extensions and LN reports.
• Support and maintain existing customizations, applications and integrations by collecting, analyzing, and correcting issues as reported by the business units.
• Develop new customizations, enhancements, and integrations within the ERP system by utilizing Infor solutions.
• Participate in ERP rollout projects, including technical support, testing and post‑go‑live support.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices, security standards, and change‑management policies.
• Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Travel 25% – 50%, domestically and/or internationally as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Infor LN development (Tools such as 4GL, DAL, LN Studio).
• Strong knowledge of Infor LN modules such as Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with Infor ION, Infor OS, IDM, and BOD integration.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between Infor LN and external systems using Infor ION, APIs, REST/SOAP web services or middleware.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Must be naturally curious and a result‑oriented individual who not only identifies problems but finds solutions.
• Provide direction and assist team members through mentoring, collaboration, and code reviews.
