As a Senior Data Analyst, you will go beyond traditional responsibilities. This position is highly technical, focused on building dashboards, maintaining data analytics tools, and standardizing reporting templates. You will combine financial acumen with programming and visualization skills to deliver actionable insights that drive commercial decisions and support the business initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and data visualization solutions using Power BI and related technologies to support enterprise reporting needs.
- Partner with Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to provide data-driven insights that inform product planning, operational performance, and strategic decision‑making.
- Manage large datasets, write and optimize queries, and ensure data integrity for forecasting and KPI tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Assist in maintaining and improving analytics tools and programming scripts for reporting automation.
- Work proactively to improve current processes and to drive down user support issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Finance, Manufacturing or Supply Chain Analytics.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and SQL. MS Fabric is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience developing sophisticated, interactive Power BI dashboards using custom visuals and optimized data models.
- Proven ability to work with large enterprise datasets, including building dashboards, semantic models, and scalable data structures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Work experience with manufacturing data.
- Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholders.
- Be a naturally curious and result‑oriented individual who not only identifies problems but finds solutions to them.
- Able to work with a cross‑functional team in handling initiatives and bridge the gap between the business/operations and technology.
