As an Integration Supervisor you will provide operational supervision of the Integration Department during normal shift hours, and work directly with Integration Technicians to provide feedback, education, and growth. You will also work with the department management to develop, maintain, and update integration procedures for Zones customers, provide feedback and suggestions on existing procedures, and provide for suggestions and improvements of Integration equipment and infrastructure.

The responsibilities for this role include coordinating production schedules and supporting technicians.
- Utilize production schedule and regular communication with Sales and Engineering staff to schedule production schedules.
- Communicate regularly with Manager, sales, and operation staff to maintain and accurate understanding of upcoming projects. Develop and promote schedules and ETAs of upcoming projects.
- Ensure production schedules are set with delivery methods and customer specific SLAs accounted for.
- Maintain current industry certifications of technical staff and build additional certifications as required by Zones and customers.
- Regularly review lab equipment. Arrange for replacement of essential equipment or recommend equipment upgrades or changes as needed.
- CompTIA A+ Certification. CompTIA Server+ or equivalent highly desirable
- Experience managing a team of 5-10 technicians
- Competent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately prioritize technical tasks based on customer requirements.
- Ability to work under strict time constraints.
- Experience with customer interaction and customer satisfaction.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of PC operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.
- Solid understanding of all major Windows Operating Systems.
- Proficient in productivity applications like MS Office.
- Working knowledge of WAN/LAN, network protocols (TCP/IP), and remote access.

Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000.
