- Serve as the primary administrator for Dynamics 365 (F&O), managing configurations, workflows, user roles, and security settings.
- Support daily operations by monitoring system performance, resolving user issues, and managing system uptime.
- Document configurations, update logs, troubleshooting guides, and workflow diagrams to support consistency and transparency.
- Execute and validate system upgrades, updates, and patches with minimal business disruption.
- Support integration between Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Quick Books, and Site Tracker, ensuring smooth data flow across systems.
- Leverage SOQL, Power Automate, and API connectors to improve data reliability and performance.
- Work alongside Finance, HR, IT, and other business units to support evolving process needs through system changes and enhancements.
- Assist with system testing, validation, and change management during new feature rollouts and process updates.
- 3+ years administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O & CE required) in a technical or functional capacity.
- Experience migrating Quick Books to Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
- Experience implementing the following Dynamics 365 modules: (1) Accounting, (2) Project Management, (3) Timekeeping.
- High proficiency with SQL, Power Automate, Salesforce and SOQL.
