Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year
Hirsch Law Group is seeking a full‑time Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our criminal and traffic defense practice serving Will County, Illinois.
This role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload while working within a collaborative legal team. The position is primarily remote, with required court appearances and occasional in‑office meetings in Joliet, IL.
The ideal candidate is organized, confident in court, and capable of managing multiple criminal and traffic matters while maintaining strong communication with clients and staff.
Responsibilities- Represent clients in criminal and traffic matters in Will County courts
- Manage cases from intake through resolution
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents
- Prepare cases for hearings and court appearances
Provide legal advice and maintain regular communication with clients - Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Illinois law license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience required
- Experience in criminal or traffic law preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
- Reliable transportation for court appearances in Will County
- Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
