• Process daily orders to ensure 100 % customer satisfaction while multitasking multiple priorities throughout the day.
• Become the subject‑matter expert in all facets of the DC operation (receiving, picking, cutting, striping, shipping and carrier selection).
• Support the DC Manager on non‑order related work (facilities management, safety, security, equipment maintenance, inventory control, etc.).
• Lead the team in the absence of the local Manager on an as‑needed basis.
• Work closely with local and national sales teams to ensure all customer‑specific order requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Assist in employee training and staff development, ensuring procedures are adhered to.
• Open and close the facility as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Authorized to work in the United States; minimum age 18; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills.
• Prior use of RF technology and computerized WMS systems required.
• High energy, dependability and teamwork skills; effective communication skills are a must.
• May require overtime, weekends and ability to bend, twist, lift and stand for 8 hours a day; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work performed in a distribution center environment with fluctuating temperatures.
