This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include, but not limited to:

• Overall duties include removing debris and maintaining common space areas
• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided Service Master products, tools and procedures
• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, dusting, window cleaning, clean and maintain restrooms
• Cover cleaning accounts when staff is absent or on vacation
• Assist supervisor with special floor projects; carpet cleaning, strip and wax
• Replenish staff/job site supplies as needed
• Train on all accounts for coverage and training needs
• Support the area supervisor as required

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Must be available Monday through Sunday AM and PM
• 1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper with floor care experience
