Job Summary
If you have aspirations of becoming a fabricator, welder, machinist, plumber, or electrician this is a great place to start or advance your career. The beginning months typically consist of cutting and assembling aluminum or steel, paint preparation, material handling, or assisting in electrical wiring. As you gain some experience to grow into a more advanced role you will be trained and partnered up with personnel in the desired department.
- Saw work - cutting steel tubes, angles, channels, flat bars per blueprint cut lists.
- Drilling, milling, tapping, and mechanical assembly of components.
- Assisting with the dis-assembly of machinery components.
- Prepping for the painting of machine components.
- Assisting welders on fabrication projects.
- Assisting in the wiring of ovens, fans, and related electrical components.
- Some material handling and general cleaning duties.
- Training and teaching provided to learn a new trade.
- Heavy promoting from within; multiple career progression paths.
- Annual performance review and rate increase.

- $18.00 to $19.00 per hour (paid weekly)
- $27.00 to $28.50 per hour
- Monday thru Friday; 3:45pm to 12:15am
- Overtime available; paid breaks

- Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/32".
- Experience with Band Saws is needed.
- Experience with a sit-down Forklift and overhead Crane.
- Experience with Welders, Shears, Drill Presses, and Grinders is a plus.
- Assembly and wiring of components.
